  • One of our principal dentists at Dental 187 Fullurton, Dr. Penny Ellis has been dedicated to providing exceptional dental care since earning her Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Adelaide in 2001.

    With expertise across general and restorative dentistry, she offers a full range of treatments from fillings, cleans, and exams to night guards, trauma care, crowns, and root canals. Penny also has specialised training in children’s dentistry and forensic odontology, ensuring every patient receives thoughtful, comprehensive care.

    Whether it’s routine check-ups or emergency care, Penny’s commitment to excellence and patient comfort ensures that every visit is a positive experience.

  • Dr Johanna Linn graduated from the University of Adelaide and has over 25 years of experience in private practice, having initially worked in rural Victoria before practising locally. She provides comprehensive general dentistry, with a strong emphasis on preventive care and conservative treatment approaches. Dr Linn is a current member of the Australian Dental Association.

Dr. Sasha McLean

  • Dr Sasha McLean graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2013. She focuses on helping even the most anxious patients feel comfortable, cared for, and well-informed throughout their visits. 

    Sasha takes a gentle, thorough approach to dentistry and values taking the time to listen to her patients’ concerns. She takes care to find treatment options that are practical, personalised, and aligned with each patient’s needs. With a strong attention to detail, she strives to provide high-quality care and build long-term relationships with patients.

    Originally from Adelaide, Sasha lives locally with her husband and two young children. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys embroidery, sewing, gardening, cooking, and reading.

Elina Nurmela

  • Elina is a compassionate and dedicated dental hygienist with an Advanced Diploma of Oral Health from TAFE SA. She has always had an interest in teeth, mixing her passion for horses to become a qualified equine dentist in 2014. Following this, Elina made the jump to human dentistry by training to become a dental assistant in 2019 before undertaking further studies to become a dental hygienist. She is passionate about preventive care, periodontal therapy, and patient education, aiming to empower individuals to maintain healthy smiles throughout their lives.

    In Elina’s spare time, she enjoys being outdoors with her partner and fur baby Flynn, along with downhill mountain bike riding.
